This gym is a place for the practice of the martial art of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu for sport, self-defense, and self development.  I believe anyone can train and progress in BJJ, and hope to foster an environment where each person can train and accomplish their individual goals.  If you want to train for competition, self-defense, or just to get in shape, you are welcome here.  

All classes are currently fundamentals classes wearing the gi.  Feel free to reach out to me for equipment recommendations.  A gi designed specifically for BJJ work best.  I do have limited sizes of loaner gis available as well, so don't hesitate to ask if you don't have a gi yet. 


All Open mats, training sessions, etc. are for gym members and members of our affiliates only.
