Wilson Hensleigh

I've been training in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu since 2016 and teaching since 2021.  Most of my training was under Nathan Zigler and the other instructors at Gracie Arizona in Phoenix, AZ. 

I've done many competitions, but my main focus is on BJJ as a martial art.  If you want to compete or just train as a hobby, I'll do my best to help you achieve your goals.

As someone with deep roots in this community, I’m committed to creating a space where everyone feels welcome, regardless of experience level. Whether you’re stepping onto the mats for the first time or you’re a seasoned practitioner, you’ll find a supportive environment to learn, grow, and challenge yourself.

I currently train under James Martin and the other instructors at Lycan's Den MMA & Jiu Jitsu in Urbana, Il.
